Yes. Right now, we do not have availability for removals on the second floor or higher. More to come, soon!

No! The only additional fee we have is a credit card processing fee, if you choose to pay by card. It is 3%. 

We can remove junk from most places on most properties. You can just pile up what you want gone or decide what you want gone and have us remove it from it's current location. There is a difference in cost between trailer-accessible junk and not trailer-accessible junk.

Trailer accessible means we can back the trailer directly up to the junk - No walking distance. Garage is considered trailer accessible. Indoors, through a gate, backyard, etc. is considered not trailer accessible. 

We send an invoice upon completion of each pickup. We can send your invoice by text or by email. All invoices can be paid by card.. You can also pay cash at the time of pickup. 

No! In fact, most people are at work when we come by to pick up their junk. Just pile it up wherever we can get access for pickup!

Yes! We recycle all the materials that we can from cardboard to metals to vegetation!

No problem! You only pay for the space your junk takes up! Just do your best on figuring the load size. Feel free to reach out for more details. Sending a photo can help us help you determine your load size.

We sure do! We aim to find homes for as many of the items that we pickup as possible. Our goal is to save as much junk as we can from going to local landfills.

Yes! We sure do. Hot Tubs can sometimes be removed as a whole when there is drive-up access. Other times, taking it apart is required.
