• NO Items with ANY History of Bugs or Hazards
• Overloaded Boxes (we can remove but there is a fee if they bust)
• Overloaded Bags (we can remove but there is a fee if they bust)

Note: We have had issues with people loading boxes and bags that they knew would not hold up to the amount of weight they put in it. This can turn a quick junk removal into a long drawn-out process. We apologize for this inconvenience. (We have had zero issues since applying this policy)

Note: We don't allow food or rotting trash in our trailers due to: Our trailers typically sit loaded overnight and it creates a huge mess when wild animals smell the trash and get into the trailer.
